Let's cut to the chase!
Senior Discount is returning to Providence.
After over a year of heartbreak and loss, Senior Discount returns with a brand new EP and a new video, both of which directly address what's happened with the band recently and how S*D will be moving forward.
But BEST OF ALL! Senior Discount returns with a live show in Providence on Friday, January 4th!
Senior Discount will be playing a bunch of new songs, as well as all your Discount favorites! Shit!

Senior Discount's Christmas Medley
So, as the S*D fans know by now, we had a terribly harrowing experience last Christmas trying to record our Christmas medley.
Well, we got it done, but only about a week before Christmas, so THIS year, we're pushing it like crazy.
We're going to posting it all over Facebook and Twitter, putting physical flyers in stores, and giving some burned CDs out at select shows.
If all the S*D fans could help out and link people to the song (right on our frontpage at seniordiscountmusic.com) it would mean a lot to us.
Also, call 95.5 WBRU at 401-272-9555 to request Senior Discount's Christmas Medley on the radio!
I'm steal healing up from my recent spine surgery, and the band has a lot to deal with, but we're going to be announcing a really big show very soon.
Until then - MERRY CHRISTMAS! Be sure to spread the medley all over Facebook, and tag us so we can comment back and thank you for the help!

S*D HALLOWEEN TRIVIA CONTEST 2011!
Hey everyone! It's almost Halloween!
Starting at 10:00 AM on October 31st (about 15 hours from now!), Senior Discount will be posting our SECOND ANNUAL horror movie trivia question every hour for the entire day! All Halloween long, on our Facebook and Twitter pages!
Answer by commenting (FB) or replying (Twitter), and at the end of the day we'll grab the people who got the most answers correct and give them some free merch for being spook-fans like us! Sound good? Pay attention to our Facebook or Twitter for the rest of the day!!

S*D + Fairhaven, new comedy vid, and new podcast!
What up uglies! THIS IS WHAT'S UP:
1. SENIOR DISCOUNT AND FAIRHAVEN AT THE RUINS IN PROVIDENCE ON 4/30!
Excited for this first time in a new venue, on a show with new friends, promoted by 95.5 WBRU! We actually have a little new musical intro we're getting ready for the show too. It's going to be a great night.
2. NEW S*D COMEDY VID: "How To Act At The Movies"
This is the second one of our PSAs starring myself, Sousa and Lil' Abraham - Oh no!(the first PSA was in the "Decent Proposal" video, and will be available to watch by itself very soon).
3. New sexy podcast with Chuck and Brad!
We talk: The Lonely Island's new video, Jimmy Fallon + Paul Simon's performance of "Cecilia", Cloud storage, the death of Guitar Hero, and an acoustic + accordion Against Me performance!
We're trying to really get our fans out to the Ruins to check out the new venue and show 95.5 what a real Senior Discount show is like. Remember how we did a free show in February with the Toasters? You're welcome - now you can PAY to get into this show and I ain't feel so bad!!!

Free Senior Discount/The Toasters show. For serious. (And new video!)
Hey fellows! Two quick things!
1. THE TOASTERS/SENIOR DISCOUNT FREE SHOW AT CLUB HELL - FEB 26th!
2/26/11 - This is going to be a crazy night. The Toasters are ska-legends, and we have a few fans in the Providence area, so this is going to be one hell of a show - packed wall-to-wall.
2. Check out our new video "A Direct Message To Bad Larry!" where we promote our free show with The Toasters by threatening our friends in Bad Larry, and get a few appearances from members of Lemon Lime Tennis Shoes, Candace Brooks Band, SoundOff, and M-80 to appear as well!
We've been spent a lot of time and energy promoting this show, and if all our fans could help us spread the word about the free show and the video (by re-Tweeting, posting the vid/event as your Facebook status, etc.), we would super appreciate it.
And oh yeah - get ready to have your dicks (and vaginas) rocked off your bodies on Feb 26th!!!

S*D X-Mas Show/Someday Prov Reunion/New Vid/New Podcast
What up cousins! New announcements from the S*D camp!
1. SENIOR DISCOUNT X-MAS SHOW/SOMEDAY PROVIDENCE REUNION!
12/23/10 - S*D's Second Annual Christmas show joins forces with the Someday Providence Reunion!
(Flyer at the bottom of this post) We had SO much fun last year at our Christmas show with Badfish, and are extremely happy to be able to do this again.
If you buy a pre-sale ticket ($10) from us, you will get TWO free gifts from the band!
- an audio CD with our brand new Christmas Medley (performed once, at last year's Christmas show)
- a DVD with our infamous "Teej and Brad" cartoon from this past summer's movie screening!
The song and cartoon are previously unreleased on DVD or online anywhere, so this $10 ticket is super worth it!
2. NEW VIDEO of us announcing/detailing our Christmas show, while watching the Ninja Turtles musical Christmas Special! Check it out, it's goddamn bizzarre!
